ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Emotional intelligence is relayed with every interaction, communication and exchange of information with staff, providers and patients. Our already gained knowledge blended with instincts can create the most compassionate and positive ways to enhance communication and improve our revenue cycle.

See how EI can be easily built into your collections processes that are personalized and fair to the patient, including electronic options that are effective at obtaining patient revenue in a timely manner!

Also considered is how EI can initiate staff and patient engagement with financial collections and responsibility. Case studies for systems and success stories are cited that improve the level of performance – especially with Leadership! This results in respect for coworkers and a more unified and streamlined performance.

This is an interactive session where we discuss, share and resolve revenue cycle and patient financial issues as well as improving staff communication using our emotional intelligence!
