She has a diverse background that includes patient care, case management, education, law practice and risk management. Arlene currently provides risk consulting services to clients that includes hospital, physician practice, senior care, and healthcare facilities. She has presented on a variety of risk and patient safety topics. She earned her BSN from San Diego State University and her juris doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. She has her certified professional in healthcare risk management and certified in healthcare compliance certifications.
