ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

Anna Towne, Chief Compliance Officer for Bizhaven. Anna has spent over 20 years working in the Human Resources space and has become a subject matter expert in California Labor Law and Employee Relations. Since graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and attaining her PHR certification, Anna has worked with over 200 businesses in the Sacramento region bettering their internal processes, lowering exposure, and strengthening teams and overall culture.

Damian Aguilar, Safety Business Partner at Bizhaven. Damian specializes in providing safety proficiency and compliance guidance to his clients. He has developed his safety experience through working in healthcare, manufacturing, cannabis and general industry fields. He holds a master's degree in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University and is credentialed as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) as well as a Certified Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS). He is devoted to helping clients develop their safety awareness by becoming an asset to both employers and employees through guidance. Damian excels as an educator and fuels his passion by helping clients meet their safety goals.
