Session Description:

  • Looking at a medical approach to patient care - the practice is your patient.
  • four perspectives to share: predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory
  • We will look at each of the 4P's and how they apply to employee retention, reduced burnout, efficiency, and improved patient experience and satisfaction.

This is a fun topic that hopefully motivates the participants on a new approach to how they manage their responsibilities on a daily and long-term basis.
