Speaker Bio:

Russell K. Ryan is a partner in the law firm of Motschiedler, Michaelides, Wishon, Brewer & Ryan, LLP, one of the preeminent law firms in the San Joaquin Valley.  Mr. Ryan graduated from University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law in 1988, graduating in the top 25% of his class, after having received a B.S., cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1985.     

Mr. Ryan actively represents clients in all aspects of labor relations and employment law, with a particular focus on health care clients such as federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), rural hospitals and physician and dental practitioners and groups. He has conducted hundreds of trainings throughout California, many on the intersection between health care and employment law.  He is AV-Rated and been designated a SuperLawyer since 2013—11 years in a row—designations awarded to only 5% of attorneys in both Employment Law and Health Care law and signifying the highest possible rating of professional excellence in both legal ability and ethical standards.
