As Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits, Spencer Briare is trusted to develop customized risk programs for mid-large employers, helping them free up time, make better decisions and reduce costs. Clients depend on him to understand the nuances of their business to match their corporate strategy with risk and employee benefits programs that complement their long-term goals and objectives.
With a background in underwriting, Spencer looks to attack insurance carrier underwriting profit and return that profit to HUB clients.
Being a ten-year veteran in the insurance industry, his knowledge is extremely broad, ranging from employee benefit strategies and ancillary coverage, all the way to HRIS systems, Human Capital Consulting, Total Absence Management, Property & Casualty, Workers Compensation, Executive Risk and more. Spencer takes a strategic planning approach to employee benefits and "big picture" thinking which makes him a valued partner to his clients. His areas of expertise include medical, dental, life, disability, vision, worksite marketing, funding platforms, consumer driven healthcare migration, vendor management, wellness strategy and implementation (and more).
