ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Pras Murthy is a seasoned entrepreneur, operational strategist, and co-founder of Doctor Multimedia, a leading digital marketing firm for medical professionals. With over 20 years of experience, he excels in startups, marketing strategy, operations, and customer service. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Pras earned dual degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from Pomona College in 2005. He began his career managing a Mathnasium franchise, which he purchased for $8,000 and sold for $120,000 in under a decade. In 2012, he co-founded Doctor Multimedia in Las Vegas, helping grow it to 50 employees and $30 million in annual revenue, serving thousands of clients nationwide. As CFO, Pras oversees operations, payroll, HR, hiring, and customer relations, building scalable systems and a strong company culture. In 2016, he opened a new office in Del Mar, California, and now lives in San Diego with his dogs, Willy and Wally. Passionate about community impact, Pras is exploring local initiatives and board service opportunities. He’s also an experienced public speaker and writer, known for clear, actionable insights on entrepreneurship and operational strategy.
Bryan Dildy is a Senior Risk Management & Patient Safety Specialist with CAP. He previously served as Director of Quality/Risk Management at Kindred Hospital in Gardena, where he was the risk management and quality expert for the administrative team, department managers, and medical staff. Prior to that, he was a Risk Manager at Dignity Health in Long Beach, and Assistant Director of Risk Management at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John's University in Queens, a Master of Public Administration from Penn State, and his Juris Doctor from Purdue University.
