We invite you to attend this month's complimentary educational lunch presentation, where you will have the opportunity to network with fellow decision-makers in healthcare while enjoying a free lunch.
Description: The current business environment includes five different generations working toward shared goals. But different generations have varying outlooks on important organizational values like work ethic, appropriate communication, business attire, and interpersonal relationships. As the leader, managers of multi-generational workforces need to be able to adapt their own communication style and act as a liaison between members of the team.
Tapping into the potential of a multi-generation workforce will help create a more productive, collaborative, and innovative work environment. In this workshop we will specify key generational characteristics and formulate useful plans for facilitating optimal team cohesion.
