We invite you to attend this month's complimentary educational lunch presentation, where you will have the opportunity to network with fellow decision-makers in healthcare while enjoying a free lunch.

Description:

Workplace culture can be an organization's greatest asset or its biggest obstacle. This program examines the common symptoms of toxic workplaces, including disengagement, cliques, turnover, burnout, and communication breakdowns.

Participants will gain insight into how unhealthy cultures develop and why negative patterns often persist. The session explores the roles of leadership, employees, and organizational systems in shaping workplace experiences and outcomes.

Attendees will learn practical approaches to improving communication, encouraging constructive feedback, reducing workplace conflict, and addressing behaviors such as gossip and incivility. By the end of the program, participants will have a framework for creating a culture built on respect, collaboration, and shared accountability.
