Kick off the conference in true Palm Springs fashion at our exclusive off-site President’s Welcome Reception, set in a breathtaking mid-century modern home designed by renowned architect William Krisel, AIA. Once the furnished model home for the Alexander Construction Company’s iconic Enchanted Village development in Little Beverly Hills, this historic residence was originally inhabited by Hollywood legends Fernando Lamas and Arlene Dahl and was recently showcased during Modernism Week 2025.

Picture yourself sipping cocktails by the pool, mingling amidst the chic desert vibe, and soaking in the ambiance of a bygone era where the Rat Pack ruled the desert retreat scene. With curated hors d’oeuvres, classic tunes, and an intimate setting, this one-of-a-kind welcome event sets the stage for a conference experience unlike any other.

We’re thrilled to announce that local Palm Springs entertainer Jason Weber will be performing during our President’s Welcome Reception.  Jason is a classically trained pianist and singer who splits his time between Palm Springs and Ogunquit, ME.  In the Coachella Valley, he regularly performs at V Wine Lounge in Palm Springs and Willie’s Modern Fare in Rancho Mirage.
