Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Presented By: Dr. Bo Gu,
Youlify
NO FEE TO ATTEND!
Session Description: 5 Strategies to Build AI-Ready RCM for Revenue Resilience in the OBBBA Era is a practical, executive level session for hospital CEOs, CFOs, and RCM leaders preparing for tighter facility reimbursement and higher payment scrutiny following the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. OBBB’s coverage and Medicaid policy changes are expected to shift payer mix and increase uncompensated care risk, making front end eligibility accuracy, compliant documentation, and clean charge and claim workflows essential to protect cash and margins. Many hospitals are already laying off administrative staff in anticipation of reimbursement issues, creating sustained downstream pressure on facility revenue and patient collections. The real decision is which RCM readiness steps you take now to safeguard revenue and gain an advantage in 2026

Importance of Clinical Documentation in Value Based Care
Presented By: Dr. Mona Bambha MD, CPC, CRC
Founder & President - CoDoc Academy
Session Description:
Proper documentation of a patient’s medical records has always been a crucial component of patient care. In today’s healthcare landscape, this importance has intensified, as government reimbursements are increasingly tied to the quality and accuracy of providers' documentation.
Accurate documentation depicting the accurate disease burden of the patient population is an extremely important pillar in risk adjustment and value-based care. It's the most effective way of communicating the needs of our patient population.
During this presentation we will dive into understanding the importance of coding and documentation in risk adjustment process and the risk adjustment score and how to efficiently navigate through this.
