With a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Carie combines clinical expertise with educational innovation. Over her 9+ years in post-secondary education, she has developed workforce partnerships, competency-based pathways, and prior learning assessment programs that bridge the gap between healthcare employers and aspiring medical assistants.
